This process can help people manage a range of issues, including stress, anxiety, and depression.
Life Coaching
Not everyone needs therapy. If you don’t have specific mental health issues but feel unfulfilled, directionless, or are seeking personal growth, life coaching could be an ideal fit for you. Together, we will explore your unique values, strengths, goals, and any obstacles you may face. Through this process, you’ll learn to harness your strengths, overcome barriers, and align with your values to create the life you envision. Please note that life coaching is not covered by insurance.
Short-Term Therapy
Short-term therapy is for people who are generally functioning well, but would like to gain some skills on emotional regulation and other mental health skills. Course of therapy is 3-5 sessions.
Mental Health Consultations
Do you want to explore what is causing you distress and ways to get treatment. A consultation is for one or two sessions and will provide general guidance on how to improve your mental health.
